The schedule looks empty or out of date.

The app loads the schedule the first time you open it with a network connection. Pull down on the schedule screen to refresh, or check the “last synced” indicator. If sync fails, connect to a stronger network and try again.

Reminders aren’t firing.

Reminders use local notifications, so they require notification permission. On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Play On Con → Allow Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → Play On Con → Notifications. Also confirm the reminder is saved on the session’s detail screen.

The map doesn’t show my location.

Location is opt-in. On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Play On Con → While Using the App. On Android: Settings → Location → App permissions → Play On Con → Allow only while using the app. Location data stays on your device.

Do I need an account?

No. The app has no accounts, no login, and no sign-up. Your saved sessions and reminders live on your device only.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once the schedule and map have synced, everything works without a network connection.
